But the fact is that I have forgotten about our meeting in Middleburg. In the last province assembly we had decided that all the scjs of the De Aar diocese will be having a meeting in Middleburg on 13^th June. So on Sunday evening the Petrusvilla community was here to fetch me to the meeting. Since the rooms are under construction they could not stay in the bishop’s house. They had to stay in the parish house of the Cathedral.  On Monday we left the house around 8 in the morning. And reached there after 10. The distance is something like 200 KM from here to Middleburg. We had a good discussion about the Vatican II document of “Church in the Modern world”. How other religions are not treating people as people or cultures and so on. Now we have decided to celebrate the feast of Sacred Heart on 1^st of July there. But then we will have two more Indians who are students in SA. We have also decided to invite Bishop to join us for the celebration. But we will not invite other diocesan priests of the diocese because when early they had done the budget we have not included anyone else. So none but only SCJs. Reached home around 5.30 in the evening. But then Bishop had gone to another parish to celebrate Eucharist and the parish priest was in to celebrate the mass for evening. So I celebrate the mass. Indeed a good but tiring day. Tomorrow I will have to go the traffic office for talking about license.
