I came to St. Loyola church for celebrating the Eucharist. It makes to think about the one year that I spent with these people. We began this association of Malayalam speaking people. The previous Bishop of Vasai, Bishop Thomas Dabre gave permission to have Eucharist to be celebrated on all Sundays. Still a good number of people coming for the Sunday Eucharistic celebration. After that I came to visit a some families. I came for lunch and then again I went to visit the parish where I did my Marathi experience. I was in that parish for one year as assistant parish priest. I have a good relation with the priest still. I was very happy to father there and I had an half hour time with him. I visited two Marathi families there. Because from those houses there were students in our seminary and who later left the seminary. They were indeed very much surprised about me. Because they never thought that they can meet me. I was with them for sometimes. As I leave them, they packed for me pig curry. And as on the way I visited some more families. It was good to be there visiting families. They had so many things to share with me. In the night I was with three families who came to one house to share with me their problems and we had dinner together and they spoke for some hours. I think it went up to 1 in the night. And I had to visit families still in the night. I come to another family who had called me to talk with them. I was there till 4.30 in the morning. I could sleep only just half hour in the night. Because I knew if I were to go to bed I would not get up. For my train is at 10 in the morning.
