India won the cricket world cup of 2011. Simply awesome. Each and every Indian in India and all over the globe would feel happy. But for a non-cricket playing man, would ask, what is all about this? Why to be so proud and happy about it. Even for an Australian, who won the cricket world cup for three times consequently would laugh at the happiness of Indian. They may say that this is nothing compared to our winning of the cups.
But for Mumbai and for India it is something very special. As one can remember the terrorist attack on Taj Hotel and Mumbai soil, this cup would bring a healing touch. Mumbai a city which has seen riots in the name of religions would feel a cool touch of happiness in their life and unity of people.
I was in Mumbai for 3 years and I know the hectic life of people of Mumbai. For all the people of Mumbai who run from one end to the to find their daily bread will have a cause for Joy and happiness.
As India is the most emerging economical country in the world, this cup would boost the politics and sports to bring into the face of the earth. Many of the Indians, who have no dreams in their life, this cup would bring a dream. Something to achieve in their life. Many youth of India would inspiration in their life.
India, a land of colour and celebration, has one more reason to be happy. INDIAN CRICKET TEAM, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU, BECAUSE YOU MAKE US PROUD.
