Vocation promotion Sunday
26th of the month we began our vocation promotion. Earlier in the week, we had made arrangements with the parish priests and we made the lists of the brothers who would be going to different parishes and so on. On Sunday morning there is a bus at 5 in the morning that is going from Kumbalanghy to Trivandrum, so some other brothers had to go for the parishes in that bus. Since I have to go for the Eucharistic celebrations in the neighbouring sub stations, I could go only later. I went to Saint Sebastian parish here in Thoppumpady. As we reach there, the Eucharist for the children was about to start. So we met with parish priest. Since I celebrated already two Eucharist I did not join the mass. After the Eucharistic celebration we got some 25 students out which 4 of them gave us their address. So hopefully we will have someone joining us in the next school year.We will be continuing in the coming Sundays also.
