Bro. Thomas Reddy passed away on 14 night. It was very painful for all of us. On the previous day some of my companions and fathers went to his house,but I did not go. I went to Guntur for my personal talk with my mentor. But i had plan to visit him soon. But early in the morning of Monday we received the phone call that he is gone for his eternal reward. And it was a shock for me to hear it. Because I heard about him that he was about to finish his earthly days. As the phone rang in the morning I thought that he might have died. Yes, it is the news....... I could not believe it. Any way we went to his house and I was present for his funeral too But still my heart is paining that at the small age the mater had plucked a little flower before it is blossomed.

As Master came to the market place to call the workers to His vineyard, He saw some workers very much interested to work in his vineyard.

As Master was taking them to His vineyard, he gave them some places to work and to test them to their talents.

Some were sweeping, others were cleaning, some plucking the grass out.

So we were all sailing in the same boat to reach the eternal vineyard to work for this wonderful Master.

With a great shock we came to know that one of the young worker was sick , but he was willing to go on to work in the garden of the Master.

As this littler worker was not yet matured, the Master had taken this Worker to His Eternal Garden to work along with Him- With the Master.

Yet we are perplexed and ask the Master: " Why did you pluck this little Flower before it is blossomed?
